Becoming a floral designer was something April happened to fall into after moving across the country from the East Coast in Philadelphia to her current location in Southern California. Creativity and art in various forms has always been a huge part of her life. Upon relocating to California, April worked for a local retail flower shop, which laid the foundation for her expertise in floral design. After branching out and creating her own path with years of experience in the industry, April has developed a unique style that blends classic elegance with modern trends. She believes that every flower tells a story and strives to create arrangements that resonate with clients on a personal level. April and April May Flowers is committed to sustainability and always sources blooms from local growers, ensuring that each arrangement is not only beautiful but also environmentally responsible. Welcome to April May Flowers floral design studio, where nature’s beauty meets artistic expression. We specialize in creating stunning floral arrangements that elevate any occasion, from weddings and corporate events to everyday celebrations. At April May Flowers we are very passionate about our designs and are dedicated to crafting unique, personalized bouquets and installations that reflect our clients’ visions and the essence of the moment.We are not a retail florist and thus do not have walk-in services. What we provide are very specific, personal designs created to give our area in Southern California a taste of luxury, high end floral designs at a fraction of what designers in similar market areas charge! We specialize in lush, garden style flower arrangements that we typically create in a compote dish.
We are by appointment only but are always available for online delivery scheduling and same or next day delivery services.
At our studio, we believe in the power of flowers to convey emotions and create lasting memories. We source the freshest blooms from Southern California, ensuring that every arrangement not only looks beautiful but also supports eco-friendly practices.

Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Oceanside?
Yes, we provide same-day delivery in Oceanside and all areas in our delivery zone on orders placed by 11:00 AM (10:00 AM on Saturdays).
How much does flower delivery cost in Oceanside?
April May Flowers is proud to be one of the only florist to offer a flat delivery fee of $12 as long as it is within our delivery zone (this does not apply to large events).
Can I order online or by phone?
Yes! Our preferred ordering method is placed online anytime at www.aprilmayflowers.net. If you need to discuss anything further or specific we can be reached by phone at (760) 559-6696 during our business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00 AM-3:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM-12:00 PM, Sun Closed).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, bank account payments, and Afterpay at our online checkout. For in-store or phone orders, we take cards, House Accounts, cash, and checks.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot by the front door. Please know that this is our policy and we will not be responsible for any re-deliveries. Our drivers have multiple stops in various locations and thus do not have the capacity for additional delivery attempts. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, but please know that this is our firm policy.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals, offices, or event venues in Oceanside?
Yes, we deliver to homes, hospitals, businesses, and venues across Oceanside and surrounding areas. Please provide the full address and any delivery notes during checkout.
